Where it all started... 

8 years ago after the birth of my first daughter, I suffered severe postpartum depression, anxiety and insomnia. 


I began having a reoccurrance of my hormonal breakouts and pms that had previously been alleviated by medication and birth control. 


I hit my absolute LOWEST when my daughter was 9 months old and my anxiety went from a 5-10 and I ended up in urgent care with panic attacks. I had lost 10 lbs in a week. I lost my milk supply.

I was having vomiting and diarrhea every morning. 


I was extremely ill.


I went to my doctor after that ER visit and was told there was no way it could be postpartum- my baby is 9 months old. I probably just had anxiety and here’s a pill for you.


They discounted all of my other symptoms… Horrendous PMS.


Painful, heavy periods. 


Mood swings.




I couldn’t take the recommended medication and continue to breastfeed, which was hugely important to me because at that time we really couldn’t even afford formula. 


I had pushed for labs, and they told me everything was normal… but I had had enough.


I was so sick. 


Why was no one listening to me? 


Out of anger, frustration and sheer desperation, I paid close to $400 (that we didn’t have) to see a well known and respected naturopath. 


That one appointment changed my life, but I won’t lie and tell you it was easy. 


He gave me a list of about 12 things I had to implement immediately if I wanted to get better, and I DID want to get better, so I did them all, including monthly very expensive appointments… lol


Within 2 weeks, my panic attacks stopped altogether.


I was sleeping through the night and my fatigue was starting to lift. 


I was SHOCKED when my next cycle came because I had NO pms and no cramping. 


My digestion improved, and I was able to get my milk supply back.


I created this group because I wanted to help women just like me feel better.
