The #1 Thing You Need To Do To Get Rid of My Premenstrual Anxiety & Mood Swings...

... during a crazy stressful season where I was pulled in a million directions.⁣

(Yes you read that right).⁣

It was actually starting with something small- just changing one thing.⁣

For me, it started with putting myself first with one simple thing each day and that was going to bed by 10pm.⁣

(𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘴, 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘮𝘦).⁣

But it wasn’t just making sure I went to bed at 10pm, it was ensuring that I was getting the right amount of sleep before midnight that ensured that my cortisol dropped while I was sleeping so that I could wake up feeling rested, and have a balanced mood all day long. ⁣

(who knew that WHEN you get your hours of sleep is almost more important than the # of hours themselves) ⁣

I’m not the kind of coach who is going to tell you to skimp on sleep so you can get more done in a day so that you can feel productive. ⁣

I’m the kind of coach who is going to teach you how to LET GO of the things that don’t matter so you can get rid of your mood swings and anxiety before your cycle. ⁣

Do you push yourself to stay up late to feel productive? Or do you enjoy getting to bed early?

If so, you're not alone in that... but it ends up being counter-productive in the long run, burning your adrenals out which has a huge impact on your nervous system, which can lead to

  • Irritability

  • Mood swings

  • Painful periods

  • Premenstrual anxiety and depression.
