But it wasn’t just making sure I went to bed at 10pm, it was ensuring that I was getting the right amount of sleep before midnight that ensured that my cortisol dropped while I was sleeping so that I could wake up feeling rested, and have a balanced mood all day long.
(who knew that WHEN you get your hours of sleep is almost more important than the # of hours themselves)
